Error 0x800c0133 when you are retrieving email with your Outlook Express (OE) is because of currupted Inbox file.
Follow below mention steps.
1. Go to this path
c/document and setting/user name/local setting/application data/identites/microsoft/outlook/
2. Cut all inbox.dbx from there and paste it on your desktop in a folder.
3. Then start the outlook express.
I think it will work properly.
